We highly encourage you to utilize this platform as it offers a more convenient, faster, and instant way to process payments for duties and fees.

The Barbados Customs and Excise Department hereby notifies ASYCUDA external users that you will be prompted to change your password immediately when accessing the Production Server.
You must change your word password every 180 days.
1. The password requirement screen will pop up with a notification telling you that your password has expired.
2. Re-enter your current password and then enter a strong password that you will remember. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long, including 1 Upper case, 1 lower case and 1 number.
3. Confirm your new password by re-entering it.

The application form should be accompanied by correspondence addressed to the Comptroller of Customs. Submissions may be made via email to the Financial Controller at customs.accounts@customs.gov.bb.

Effective Monday, June 17, 2024, the Barbados Customs and Excise Department will launch its new online Customs Overtime Services Management (OT) Module. This new system is part of the Department’s efforts to modernize and streamline its overtime, travelling allowance and Government allowance processes, thereby enabling key stakeholders to electronically request extra attendance services from officers of the department more efficiently. Its implementation seeks to provide convenience, transparency, and accountability for all stakeholders involved in the overtime process.
