The Barbados Customs and Excise Department, wishes to inform all Clearing Agents and Importers that there is a new Customs Procedure Code (CPC 893) for the holder of a Foreign Currency Permit. Existing registrants applying for the use of the CPC can submit their request to the ASYCUDA Support Unit, along with their foreign currency permit. Applicants who are NOT registered with Customs are required to do so as well as submit their foreign currency permit.

The Barbados Customs and Excise Department reminds all Warehouse-keepers and Customs Brokers that the annual warehouse fees for the calendar year 2025 are due and payable to the Comptroller of Customs by January 31st, 2025.
Applicants are advised that the authorization form for the payment of warehouse fees is facilitated via e-mail. You are urged to contact the Cargo Inventory Management Unit at
535-8701 or 535-8761 to request the form.
